Moving to another domain
- Send an e-mail with explanation, new domain name and/or new hwid (text file, no screenshot) and a request for a new licence file to support@classix.de.
- Check that the following services (if any) can be started and work:
- ObjectStore Server R2013 (database server and clients)
- ObjectStore Cache Manager R2013 (database server and clients)
- ClassiX Web-Server (web application)
- ClassiX Launcher (web application)
- All users of the application must have the rights to read and execute the startup files (e.g. Pythia.bat, Gestin.bat, Hestia.bat, ...)
- All users of the application must be given the rights to read and write the following directories (with subfolders and files):
- ...\ClassiX\"Product name"\System\SystemOut\
- ...\ClassiX\"Product name"\Projects\Data (optional)
- All users of the application must be granted read, write and delete rights for the directory (including subfolders and files):
- ...\ClassiX\"Product name"\Birt\BIRT-Runtime-osgi-4_6_0\ReportEngine\Configuration\
- If network accesses have been used in the system, it must be ensured that the users of the application have enough rights to use these accesses
- The following files must be shared in the domain:
- C:\ODI_2013\ostore\bin\osserver.exe (TCP)
- C:\ODI_2013\ostore\bin\oscmgr6.exe (TCP)
- The following ports must be shared in the domain:
- 51025
- 51031
- Web application
- The ports entered under ...\WebService\config\custom\config.js must be accessible.
- If not overwritten in ...\WebService\config\custom\config.js, the following ports must be accessible in the domain:
- 8080
- 8081
